Human rights in today's world are not just a topical issue, they are a problem. Mankind, which went through the carnage of two world wars, many bloody local conflicts, experienced brutal dictatorships, came to the conclusion that there can be no peace and harmony on Earth, no organized civilian life without respect for man, his rights, freedoms and needs. In general - in the status of the person in each society and in each State its humanism and democracy is reflected.
